What IS mutton? Mutton is a sheep over 2 years old. The meat has a deep rich colour and the cuts are larger. Mutton has a strong and distinctive taste - meat that speaks for itself!
We are sourcing these Muttons direct from Echidna Farm, a Certified Organic farm in Temora, NSW. We are butchering them in house at Wolki Butchery.

They will be between 10-13kg per side
$195 for a side of cryovac packed Mutton = approx $19.50kg or better!

The lamb will come cryovac packed in portions.
