No shortcuts. No seed oils here - your fries are cooked in Wolki Farm tallow.

Pickles, relishes, jams, ferments and BBQ sauces are house-made. Greens are from the farm, as are the eggs and meats and our delicious gourmet pies.

At Cafe Musette you can taste the farm, without having to cook the food yourself! It's a truly authentic dining experience.

No ordinary cafe, Cafe Musette cooks almost exclusively Wolki Farm produce. Not only that, we take no shortcuts when it comes to oils, sides and condiments. We're recreating the farm to table experience down to the tiniest of details - the tallow that your fries are cooked in! Health conscious consumers should not have to eat at home.

We also retail Wolki Farm products at the cafe, so you can pick up your pre-made meals, meat, deli items, eggs, honey, fresh market produce, pickles and preserves whilst you're grabbing a delicious meal.
