That’s right folks, you won’t find any synthetic sausage skins in our butchery because we believe in honouring any animal we butcher, and in doing so we eat nose-to-tail, utilising every portion of the animal. In this instance, we use our grass fed hog intestines as sausage casings.

The beef sausages are conveniently cryovac packed into 600 gram portions (approx. 6 sausages in each packet) and frozen straight away. So all you have to do is unpack them into the freezer until you’re ready to create a delicious meal with them. Easy right?
